In December 2018 the Earlham Institute hosted an Introduction to analysis of RNAseq workshop.

Jason Williams and Rob Davey hosted the workshop.

Jason provided an overview to Data Carpentry, an essential requirement when dealing with large datasets. This information can be found within this very useful URL:
